We have used Teachable in multiple ways. From providing clients with web design tutorials to educations webinars for our clients.

There are tons of ways to organize the courses with videos, photos, text, links, code, and so much more. It looks professional and super easy to setup!

There are plenty of calendar scheduling links out there that we have tried but Calendly is our favorite.

There are plenty of features and options for whatever kind of calendar you need. From workflows and logic mapping to simple text notifications.

It’s super easy to set up and looks very professional to use.


Stock Photography

There are plenty of stock photo websites and combing through each one looking for that perfect photo can be difficult.

Dan-O searches some of the top stock photo websites for your search and presents them all in neat folders, simplifying your search drastically.

This is one of our preferred sites for stock photos.

Not only can you find plenty of professional images but they do not have the stuffy stock photo feel you see on many other websites.

Like Unsplash, Pexels is one of our preferred sites for stock photos.

They have a vast library of images and even albums of images from the same setting, creating consistency throughout any of your marketing materials.


Social Media

Buffer is a basic scheduling app but has everything you need to get started.

They provide scheduling across the most popular social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, while also allowing you to upload multiple kinds of content.

With Buffer you can use connect up to 3 platforms for free.

Later is a more robust scheduling app that provides more tools and options for business owners to closely monitor their social media activity.

Pricing is more expensive but if those additional tools are needed, many will find it worth the cost.

Manychat

Looking to streamline your social media operations? Manychat provides workflows and automation for your messages and comments making it easy to share link and resources with your followers.

With free plans and premium options, this is a fantastic way to optimize your social media presence.

Facebook Business Suite

Facebook comes equipped with tools so you can schedule out your Facebook page and Instagram page content.

It is not the most user friendly and does not allow you to schedule to other platforms like LinkedIn but you can schedule your content for free.


Email Campaign Apps

Flodesk is our preferred email campaign software due to its user friendly design, minimialistic features, but also providing you with everything you need.

What we love most about it is the modern email templates, workflows, and automations.

MailChimp is owned by intuit and can even be integrated with QuickBooks. While it is not our preferred app it is still a great option for accountants.

You can find plenty of great features for a decent price with MailChimp and easily scale with their pricing plans.

If you are a gold, premium, or elite ProAdvisor you can even take 15% off.

HubSpot is very popular in the marketing world and has a ton of applications you can add on besides email campaigns.

Having said that, we find them to be very overpriced making it difficult to scale and use some of their “premium” features MailChimp and Flodesk offer at a significantly lower price. For example, automations and workflows.
