The Process
Our web design process takes 2 weeks. We are able to complete your website quickly because of our extensive experience designing websites for accounting firms.
While the process is 2 weeks, we begin talking about your website the moment you complete the proposal. You will receive a Welcome email with your initial assignments. These assignments are due 1 week prior to the start of your design weeks. They include:
Scheduling your Kickoff Meeting - As it sounds. We will have you schedule a time on our calendar at the start of the project.
A Moodboard - This allows us to get an understanding of what your want your website to look like. We guide you through this process with a pre-recorded presentation.
Website Request List - A form where we ask primarily administrative items. We will ask things like list of services, prices, bio, headshots, calendar link, etc.
Once your reserved design weeks begin, we get to work designing your website.
Then, 5 - 7 days following the kickoff meeting we will have a review meeting. During this meeting we will present you with the first draft of your modern and professional website, tailored to your brand.
Following the review meeting you will have another 5 - 7 days to send us unlimited review notes.
At our final meeting we will launch your website!

We have no intention of locking you into a website platform you have no idea how to use! Squarespace is simple enough that our clients can easily go in, make a few adjustments on services, pricing, etc. and get out. Simple, yet it also offers plenty of features so you can create a full and modern looking website.

Most likely, yes!
We have yet to come across an app that does not integrate with Squarespace. Whether you have an embed code or link, most applications work along with Squarespace seamlessly. -
All of our websites come with a home page, about page, services page, blog, and contact page. If you would like to include additional pages we recommend bringing this up in the consultation. Depending on the complexity of additional pages, fees may be applied.

We love when you have suggestions for text, slogans, or verbiage you would like used. However it is not required. We can cover all the copywriting.
As for images, we can completely outsource all of your images. We do highly recommend including at least 1 headshot so you can build trust with visitors.

We do need a bit from you when it comes to creativity but that is just so we can discover what you like! We will provide plenty of guidlines and help but it will all be very minimal. You can leave the image sourcing, copywriting, and web design completely up to us.
